Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase of our products or courses, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only credits bought are eligible for refund, if you have received any service against those credits, we won’t be able to refund it.
To request a refund, please write us at support@hostwallah.net from your registered email address.
After reviewing all the details of refund request, we will process your refund in 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced credit packages may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
